Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to US Federal Government agencies, vendors, and partners for to RFI, RFP, RFQ, and sub vendor, build and maintain professional relationships
• Perform lead generation activities through cold calling, email campaigns, and online research
• Use LinkedIn for prospecting, outreach, engagement, and follow-ups to convert leads into business opportunities
• Support federal business capture and engagement activities, including initial client interactions
• Coordinate with internal sales and business development teams to support ongoing opportunities
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales pipeline
• Learn and adhere to US federal contracting basics and compliance guidelines

• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and client outreach
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional networking practices
• Willingness to learn about US Federal Government contracting, IT Services, and staffing
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a client-facing role
