Corporate Recruiter

Manage the full hiring process, from initial technical screening and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean strings to find passive IT candidates. Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' technical skills (e.g., Java, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science) and cultural fit. Partner with Hiring Managers to define job requirements and provide regular updates on the talent pipeline. Stay updated on US hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity within the IT space. Ensure all hiring practices adhere to US labor laws and internal company policies.

Minimum 1 year of experience specifically in US IT Staffing. Solid understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and SDLC. Proficiency in US hiring tax terms ($C2C$, $W2$, $1099$) and visa types ($H1-B$, $L1$, $TN$, $GC$, etc.). Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates across different US time zones.
