Lead - Client Service

Should be able to mentor Jr Recruiters in basic tasks like 2nd level closing, interview set ups, submitting candidate's on clientportals and taking care of tasks in Manager's absence. Responsible for handling Healthcare requirements depending upon the needs from US based clients. To understand requirements of client's resource need and deliver qualified consultants. Sourcing and screening potential candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals, Postings andNetworking within time frame. Posting vacancies on portals. Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds. Responsible for closing the candidates, submitting on portals / managers, scheduling interviews etc. Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them forpresenting it to clients. Maintaining Candidate relation on the progress of submittals made, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joiningformalities. Comfortable to work in night shift and Must be able to commute by himself.

Candidates from US Staffing industry / Consulting Firm / Contract to Hire Agency with Hands on experience on sourcing andEnd to End Recruitment experiences will get preference.
