Sr. Process Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery:
  • Design, develop, and deliver training modules for end-to-end US recruitment processes.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new recruiters on sourcing tools (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), Boolean search, and VMS platforms.
  • Deliver specialized training sessions on compliance (EEOC, OFCCP), immigration (H1B, GC, TN), and US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Curriculum & Content Development:
  • Create and update training manuals, process documents, SOPs, and e-learning materials.
  • Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify gaps and revise training content accordingly.
• Performance Monitoring & Feedback:
  • Assess trainee performance through evaluations, tests, mock calls, and feedback.
  • Track post-training performance metrics to ensure effectiveness and ROI of training initiatives.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and refresher training to underperforming recruiters.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with Delivery Managers and Team Leads to align training with business goals.
  • Work with the HR and L&D teams to ensure alignment with organizational development plans.
