Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Python development, with proven expertise in designing and implementing AI/ML models and algorithms. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to develop, deploy, and optimize intelligent applications and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Python Development:

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient Python code.

Create APIs and integrate them into various systems.

Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

AI/ML Model Development:

Design and implement machine learning models, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.

Work with NLP, computer vision, or other relevant AI fields, depending on project requirements.

Optimize and fine-tune models to improve accuracy, performance, and scalability.

Data Processing and Analysis:

Preprocess and transform large datasets for model training and evaluation.

Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).

Use Python libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy) for data manipulation and analysis.

Deployment and Integration:

Deploy machine learning models in production environments using frameworks like TensorFlow Serving, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar.

Integrate models into applications, leveraging REST APIs or microservices.

Work on MLOps best practices for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and other team members to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions.

Document development processes, code, and project status for team transparency and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Python development, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy).
• Understanding of algorithms, statistical methods, and machine learning concepts.
• Experience with deep learning techniques and architectures (CNNs, RNNs, transformers).
• Knowledge of deployment frameworks like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or time series data analysis.
• Knowledge of MLOps, DevOps, or experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
• Relevant certifications in AI/ML or Python development are a plus.
