Executive - Social Media

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Manager who can

strategically plan, manage, and grow all our social media platforms. This role goes beyond

posting content it requires strong planning, consistency, execution, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Planning: Create monthly and weekly content calendars for all platforms (Instagram,

LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).

• Content Writing: Write high-quality captions, hooks, post descriptions, and basic scripts aligned

with the brand tone.

• Active Page Management: Actively manage and run all company social media pages on a

daily basis, including posting, engagement, and community management.

• Platform Strategy: Understand platform-specific algorithms and plan content accordingly to

maximize reach and engagement.

• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, audios, and

competitor activities

Required Skills:

• Strong content planning and execution skills
• Ability to manage multiple social media pages simultaneously
• Basic understanding of reels, carousels, and short-form video content
• Creative mindset with strong ownership and consistenc
