Senior Executive - HR

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Design and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with managers to develop and execute effective performance evaluation processes, providing guidance on performance improvement plans and career development opportunities.
• Design and Rollout Surveys and managed wellness calendar for employees
• Drive Employee communication for the assigned workforce

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA in HR with 3-5 years of Work Experience as an HR Business Partner
• Experience of Driving Employee Engagement is a must
• Experience with Sales HRBP is a good to have
