Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Field Partner Team department as a Team Lead in Surat. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of professionals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Field Partners in Surat to ensure successful implementation of projects and initiatives

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives

• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members

• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance and productivity

• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders

• Prepare and present reports on team performance and project outcomes to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• 3-4 years of experience in a leadership role in the Field Partner Team department

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving goals

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Knowledge of project management principles and practices

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
