Project Coordinator

The Independent contractor shall provide implementation support for Wadhwani AI solutions deployed in Assam, including CATB, PATO, VMTB, CDSS, NBA, and DR, and shall be responsible for delivering the following outputs:

• AI Solutions Performance Monitoring: Submit weekly and monthly performance monitoring reports covering utilization, adoption, key trends, challenges, and action points for all deployed AI solutions.
• TB Screening and Follow-up Support: Maintain updated tracking reports on presumptive and high-risk TB cases identified through CATB, PATO, and VMTB, including the status of screening, diagnosis, referral, and treatment initiation.
• DR Referral and Treatment Tracking: Submit periodic reports on referral completion, treatment linkage, and follow-up status of patients identified through the DR solution.
• Capacity Building Support: Plan and execute trainings, orientations, and review meetings. This includes preparing training reports, participant records, and follow-up action trackers.
• Programme Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards, reports, meeting minutes, action trackers, and other required programme documentation.
• Technical and Operational Support: Maintain an issue-resolution tracker and provide timely coordination support for operational and technical challenges affecting deployment and utilization of AI solutions.
• Additional Deliverables: Any other project-related deliverables mutually agreed upon with the State Team during the contract period.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field, complemented by a Master's in Public Health (MPH), Health Management, or Community Medicine.
• 2–10 years of experience in public health, particularly within government health systems, with a focus on digital health and AI initiatives.
• Deep understanding of ground realities and implementation challenges in areas such as MNCH, TB, NCDs, IDSP, CPHC, and Quality of Care.
• Prior experience in MNCH and TB–HIV programs is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of the Indian healthcare landscape, particularly the Ayushman Bharat initiative and National Health Mission (NHM) strategies.
