Assistant Manager - Client Onboarding

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding clients within set KPIs, setting client expectations, managing projects, and ensuring cross-functional alignment for a successful go-live. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Onboarding:
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely and successful implementation of our SaaS solutions.
  • Meet or exceed set KPIs related to onboarding timelines, client satisfaction, and project completion.
• Expectation Setting:
  • Clearly communicate project scope, timelines, and deliverables to clients.
  • Set and manage client expectations regarding the onboarding process, potential challenges, and success metrics.
• Project Management:
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including task assignments, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all project tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Alignment:
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Technical Support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and communications to address client needs and project requirements.
• Client Support:
  • Provide ongoing support to clients during the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to help clients effectively use our platform.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process.
  • Work with the Onboarding Lead to implement process enhancements and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3 - 10 years Proven experience in client onboarding, project management, or customer success within a SaaS environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
• Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
