Associate/Assistant Project Manager

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; PMP certification preferred. Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a minimum of 2 years of experience managing technical projects in a corporate or organisational setting. Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana. Experience managing Agile development projects and familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a positive attitude and fostering a collaborative team environment.
