Job Title: Tech-Ops Intern Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (Udyog Vihar Phase 1) Duration: 3- 6 months Job Day and Timings : Monday to Friday, 10 AM

• 7 PM (WFO) Team: Automation team (Tech)

About the RoleWe are looking for technical interns to join our Automation team. This role focuses on executing, monitoring, and optimizing large-scale data workflows using scripts, tools, and internal systems.You will work on real-time operations involving hundreds of brands and large datasets, where accuracy, consistency, and efficiency are critical. This is a hands-on role requiring basic coding, SQL, and strong Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor automation scripts written in Python, Java, JavaScript and more,
• Run scripts and tools via VS Code, Eclipse, and browser-based extensions,
• Operate workflows on remote desktop servers and local systems,
• Fetch and validate data from databases using SQL queries,
• Generate and process daily reports using Excel (advanced functions, filtering, validation, basic formulas),
• Identify and troubleshoot script failures, data mismatches, and inconsistencies,
• Maintain logs and ensure the accurate execution of daily operations,
• Collaborate with developers to report bugs and improve workflows.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of programming languages
• Familiarity with IDEs like VS Code or Eclipse
• Working knowledge of SQL (CREATE, INSERT, SELECT, JOIN, filters, basic queries)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Filters, sorting, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, COUNT, etc.)
• Good attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive but critical tasks
