Academic Councelor

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel and convert student/parent leads into admissions.
• Promote and guide learners for school tuition, NEET/JEE, and upskill programs.
• Coordinate classes, tests, and academic activities with faculty.
• Build strong rapport with students/parents and provide after-admission support.
• Maintain lead reports and achieve monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech preferred; Education/Management background is a plus).
• 1–3 years of experience in counseling/sales/education (freshers with strong communication may also apply).
• Strong communication & persuasion skills (Fluency in English & Malayalam required).
• Smart learner with ability to multitask and use tech tools effectively.
