Key Responsibilities

Product Analysis and Feature Ownership

∙Take ownership of selected functionalities within WebBee's SaaS applications.

∙Understand the purpose, workflow, users and business impact of each assigned

functionality.

∙Identify gaps, usability issues, failure scenarios and improvement opportunities.

∙Analyse customer feedback, support cases, product usage and internal observations.

∙Recommend practical enhancements based on customer value and business impact.

∙Maintain a clear understanding of the end-to-end workflow of assigned product areas.

∙Ensure that improvements solve the underlying problem rather than only addressing

individual requests.

Requirement Gathering and Documentation

∙Gather requirements from customers, founders, support teams, operations and other

stakeholders.

∙Convert high-level ideas into clear and actionable product requirements.

∙Create user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, process flows and functional

specifications.

∙Define business rules, validations, dependencies and exception scenarios.

∙Refine requirements before they are assigned to the engineering team.

∙Break larger requirements into manageable features, tasks and subtasks.

∙Maintain updated documentation for assigned product functionality.

SaaS Integrations and Technical Analysis

∙Understand workflows involving APIs, webhooks, data synchronisation and third-party

platforms.

∙Analyse how data moves between WebBee applications and connected systems.

∙Work with engineering teams to understand technical limitations and integration

dependencies.

∙Review API responses, payloads, logs and basic technical information when investigating

a requirement or issue.

∙Identify whether a requirement requires configuration, product enhancement, integration

modification or engineering development.

∙Document field mappings, workflow rules and expected system behaviour.

Product Delivery Coordination

∙Work closely with developers and QA engineers during product implementation.

∙Clarify business and functional questions raised during development.

∙Review completed functionality against the agreed requirements and acceptance criteria.

∙Participate in feature demonstrations and release-readiness discussions.

∙Coordinate with QA to ensure major business scenarios and edge cases are tested.

∙Track assigned product requirements from discovery through release.

∙Ensure that stakeholders receive clear updates regarding progress, risks and

dependencies.

Testing and Quality Validation

∙Conduct functional and exploratory testing of assigned features.

∙Validate whether the delivered functionality solves the original business problem.

∙Create business-focused test scenarios and acceptance checklists.

∙Verify integrations, field mappings, workflows and expected results.

∙Identify gaps before functionality is released to customers.

∙Support post-release validation and analyse early customer feedback.

Product Growth and Optimisation

∙Identify opportunities to improve product adoption, activation, engagement and retention.

∙Analyse where customers face friction during setup, onboarding or regular product usage.

∙Recommend changes that simplify implementation and improve usability.

∙Work on experiments related to onboarding, feature adoption, notifications and product

communication.

∙Define measurable outcomes for product improvements.

∙Track the impact of selected product and growth initiatives.

∙Gradually help establish structured product-growth processes within the organisation.

Future Team Leadership

∙Begin as an individual contributor with direct ownership of assigned initiatives.

∙Help define processes, templates and working standards for the product-growth function.

∙Guide interns or junior resources as the team expands.

∙Review the quality of research, analysis and documentation completed by team members.

∙Gradually take ownership of planning and coordinating a small growth team.

∙Leadership opportunities will depend on demonstrated ownership, execution quality and
