Responsibilities:

• He/She must know about proposal making, generating leads, and analyzing client requirements.
• Attending live chats and form queries received through the company's website. Preparing documents and information for requests for proposals.
• Identifying business opportunities to grow the business.
• Communicate new project opportunities to existing & potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understanding the services offered by the company
• Arranging meetings with prospective clients.
• Handling technical queries of clients and making decisions based on client communication.
• Achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Coordinating with other departments within the organization.

Requirements

• Experience required- 1-3 years
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Should be familiar with Online Bidding Portals such as UpWork, Guru, PPH, Fiver, and Freelance.
• He/She must have knowledge of proposal-making and cover letters.
• Maintain knowledge of all services offered by the company
• Must be capable of lead identification & potential new markets.
• Must be Innovative, knowledgeable, and hard-working
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Should be a team player
• Ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Coordinating with other departments within the organization.
• Shift Time: 6:00 PM - 3:30 AM IST
• Location: Remote
