Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, the ability to understand business needs, convert them into detailed requirements, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and processes. Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and project managers to translate business needs into functional specifications. Prepare BRD, SRS, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other project documentation. Conduct requirement walkthroughs, clarify doubts, and ensure alignment across teams. Coordinate with QA teams for test case review, UAT, and ensuring requirement coverage. Identify process gaps and propose solutions to improve system efficiency and user experience. Support project planning, progress tracking, and reporting. Communicate regularly with clients to gather updates, share feedback, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, the ability to understand business needs, convert them into detailed requirements, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects.
