• To ensure preparation and liquidation of bank guarantee.
• To maintain CC account, loan against FD, current account.
• Calculation of all tax liabilities (Service tax, excise, VAT, PT) and Ensure E-filing of all tax returns before specific deadline.
• Prepare and submit all kind of challans to comply with legal obligations.
• Comply With TDS rules and Regulations for salary payments.
• Compile the documentation and payment schedules for ESIC, EPF and PT.
• Prepare the salary cheques and finalization of salary sheet.
• Prepare financial and regulatory reports required by laws, regulations and board of directors.
• Pro-actively develop strategic tax solutions that add value to the group, particularly from the perspective of; optimization of tax rates, cash management and forward planning.
