Job Profile-

Designation: ClientServicing Executive

( Only for peoplebased in Mumbai,Thane, Navi Mumbai & MMRDA region only. Outside candidates strictly NO NEED TO APPLY ).

You will be part of the Operations & BD team that offers client solutionsin an innovative manner

Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact betweenthe agency and the client.Should be able to research clients products, services, plans competitors and target markets
Meet clientsfor briefings and present proposalsto clients for approval.
Brief agency colleagues and work with them to plan and implement the best digitalmedia solutions for the client.
Ensure that projectsare completed on time and within budget.
Handling financial issueswith the client,timely estimation collection.
Maintain daily interaction with the clientand internal teams.
Measuring and preparing report performance of all digitalmarketing campaigns and assessing against goals. (ROI and KPIs)
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Determining clients' requirements, upselling ideas, workingon pitches, and maintaining a digital presence across all digital channels.
Take responsibility for all outputson one's accounts
Take control and report on all aspectsto your immediate manager

Requirements:

**Education:**Graduation or Bachelor's Degree in advertising, marketing or a relevant field

**Experience:**6 months- 1 Year Minimum in Digital Marketing Agency, Branding and Creative Agency.

Skills :

Excellent verbal and writtencommunication
Fluent English and strongwriting skills
Presentation skills are a MUST!
Knowledge and proficient usage of Microsoft office
Able to present ideas
Take responsibility for team performance
To lead relationships by adding value to brandsand driving resultsfor clients

Joining: Immediate and the candidate should have their own laptop.

Working Days: Monday to Friday. ( 5 days a week )
