Quality Engineer

Quality Compliance: Ensure that 100% of all quality control procedures, from material inspection to final product testing, comply with internal standards, industry regulations, and client specifications. Project Timeliness: Achieve a on-time completion rate for all QC-related activities, including inspections, reporting, and documentation, to prevent project delays. Non-Conformance Reduction: Reduce the incidence of non-conformance reports (NCRs) by enhancing quality assurance practices and improving process controls. Training and Development: Conduct at least two training sessions per quarter for welders and other team members to improve skills and awareness of quality standards, for participants meeting the required competency levels. Cost Management: Implement cost-effective quality control measures that lead to a reduction in QC-related costs without compromising on quality standards. Client Satisfaction: Maintain a client satisfaction rate in relation to the quality of products and adherence to agreed-upon specifications and timelines. Documentation Accuracy: Achieve a 100% accuracy rate in the preparation and submission of all QC documentation, including Quality Control Plans (QCP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), and final acceptance criteria. Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all QC activities adhere to safety protocols, aiming for zero incidents of safety violations or non-compliance with regulatory standards. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement at least three process improvements or innovative practices per year that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QC function. Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication and coordination with AI, TPIA, and clients, ensuring that 100% of inspection schedules and quality reviews are executed as planned.
