Training Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Training Needs Analysis.

2. Design effective training programs.

3. Delivery of training programs.

4. Schedule appropriate training sessions.

5. Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions.

6. Prepare training materials such as presentations, videos, and module summaries.

7. Preparing reports of the participants and updating files on a regular basis.

REQUIRED SKILLS

1. The candidate should be able to design training modules and be creative.

2. The candidate should be an effective communicator ( both oral and written)

3. The candidate should have good time management and organizational skills.

4. The candidate should have problem-solving skills.

QUALIFICATION

1. Graduation in Psychology or Education with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate.

2. Masters in Psychology or Education with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate (Preferred).
