Technical Solutions Manager

Role Overview: You will be the go-to technical partner for our customers, ensuring successful implementation and continuous value from Wingify's solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of web technologies and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll bring:

• Strong understanding of web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, browser architecture, and web debugging tools.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, API authentication, and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with browser developer tools, cookies, local storage, tracking technologies, browser extensions, and debugging client-side issues.
• Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) concepts and how experimentation platforms integrate into customer websites.
• Ability to investigate implementation issues across browsers, identify root causes, and recommend scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical onboarding and implementation of Wingify's solutions, ensuring customers are successfully deployed and configured according to best practices.
• Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to deliver a seamless customer onboarding experience and drive long-term product adoption.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot third-party integrations using APIs and web technologies.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to browser behavior, JavaScript execution, cookies, tracking scripts, browser extensions, and client-side implementations.
• Act as the primary technical advisor for customers, providing implementation guidance, architectural recommendations, and technical best practices.
• Work directly with customer development teams to support integrations, custom implementations, and technical enablement.
