Security Engineer

WinZO is looking for a leader to define and drive WinZO's end-to-end application security vision, standards, and governance frameworks. The role involves driving enterprise-wide security initiatives, overseeing red-team exercises, partnering with executive leadership, building and scaling an AppSec team, and collaborating with various teams to embed security across all systems. The candidate will influence security practices across WinZO's growing portfolio of global products and experiences. Experience in leading AppSec efforts in fast-paced, consumer-tech environments Knowledge of Advanced Mobile Framework Components. Expertise in secure-by-design principles, API gateway security, and real-time threat analytics Demonstrated experience in reviewing complex application architectures (monoliths, microservices, serverless, mobile apps). Proven track record of architecting zero-trust and micro-segmentation strategies for applications Exceptional leadership in building, scaling, and managing AppSec teams and processes.
