Catalogue Associate

Catalogue Associate at Wishlink is responsible for reviewing category maps, validating product mapping, handling catalogue onboarding, classifying products, reviewing and cleaning product attributes, mapping attributes, tagging products, performing sanity checks, acting as a quality gate, identifying gaps and issues, and ensuring data consistency and quality. The role involves extensive work on Google Sheets/Excel for bulk uploads, validations, and audits. The team is composed of Chandan, Shaurya, and Divyansh, with a focus on creator-enabled e-commerce, working with over 50,000 content creators and 300+ brands and eCommerce marketplaces.

1–3 years of catalogue management experience on an e-commerce platformStrong hands-on experience with fashion and/or BPC cataloguing and classificationExperience handling multiple categories and large-scale product dataStrong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for data cleaning and bulk operationsGood understanding of category schemas, attributes, and product taxonomyHigh attention to detail and strong data hygiene mindset
