Job Opening: Technical Recruiter – Pune (Onsite | Immediate Joiners)
We're looking for a sharp, results-driven Technical Recruiter to help us build high-performing tech teams. If you have experience in technical staffing and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity, this is your next move.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Source, engage, and close high-quality technical candidates (developers, engineers, product roles).
2. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle – from sourcing to offer closure.
3. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, and direct outreach.
4. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in technical recruitment or staffing.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and hiring trends.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Immediate joiners Only.
