Job Overview
We are looking for a highly versatile and creative Full Stack Developer who excels in modern web technologies (Next.js, Node.js, React.js, JavaScript) and has a strong eye for UI/UX design, along with basic videography skills to support our digital marketing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across development, design, and content creation, contributing to a high-performing and visually engaging digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
Development
● Build and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js, Node.js, and React.js
● Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services
● Optimize applications for performance, SEO, and responsiveness
● Manage CMS, admin dashboards, and dynamic content
UI/UX Design
● Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
● Work with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
● Ensure a balance between visual appeal and usability
Videography & Marketing Support (Preferred)
● Assist in shooting and editing short-form marketing videos
● Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign creatives
● Optimize media for web and social platforms
● Familiarity with tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut is a plus
Required Skills
● Strong experience in Next.js, React.js, Node.js, JavaScript
● Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar frameworks
● Understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture
● Knowledge of Git and deployment workflows
● Hands-on experience in UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
● Solid understanding of responsive design principles
