Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
• Record daily accounting transactions in Busy
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation.
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.
• Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Maintain fixed asset register and inventory-related accounting records.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities during audits and assessments.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
