IT Intern

Assist Product Managers in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders across Sales, Service, and Operations teams.

Participate in system analysis to understand workflows, data dependencies, and integration points.

Support in preparing functional specifications, user stories, and wireframes for IT systems.

Coordinate with technical development teams and QA teams to track progress and ensure timely delivery.

Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing), track defects, and help with post-release validation.

Assist in creating process documentation, training materials, and release notes.

Conduct research and benchmarking to recommend improvements in existing systems or identify opportunities for new IT tools.

Support internal communication and coordination for system rollouts or updates.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Management.

Strong interest in Product Management and Enterprise IT Systems.

Good understanding of business processes in Sales, Service & Operations domains.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Proficiency in tools like Excel, Figma.

Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or data analytics will be an added advantage.
