Senior Executive - Product Operations - CTV

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Executive - Product Operations - CTV to drive the growth and optimization of Xiaomi's PatchWall (CTV) and Xiaomi TV+ (FAST Channels) platforms. This role involves managing partnerships, analyzing user engagement metrics, overseeing technical integrations with OTT partners, and ensuring seamless content operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance content discoverability, and revenue growth.

Qualifications
Experience: 1-2 years in product operations, CTV/OTT platforms, or FAST channel management.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
Understanding of CTV app ecosystems (Android TV, Fire TV, etc.).
Familiarity with FAST platforms (Amagi, Brightcove) is a plus.

Industry Knowledge:
Strong grasp of CTV/OTT trends (e.g., ad-supported streaming, content personalization).
Awareness of FAST channel dynamics
