Job Title: SAP Enterprise Consent & Preference Management (ECPM) Specialist

Role Overview
We are looking for an SAP ECPM Specialist to manage and maintain our customer consent infrastructure using SAP Customer Data Cloud. The role focuses on ensuring data privacy compliance through effective use of the SAP Consent Vault and related consent management tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the SAP Consent Vault to track user consent interactions — including granted, renewed, withdrawn, and deleted consent records
• Conduct regular audits of consent data across Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Communication Preferences, and other consent statement types
• Build and execute custom queries (SQL-like syntax) within the Consent Vault to support compliance reporting and investigations
• Generate reports on consent trends and compliance status for internal stakeholders and regulatory requirements
• Configure and maintain the Self-Service Preference Center and communication topics within SAP ECPM
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and IT teams to ensure adherence to GDPR, DPDP, and other applicable data privacy regulations
• Leverage the REST API to automate consent reporting and integrate consent data into broader reporting systems

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with SAP Customer Consent / ECPM
• Familiarity with consent management concepts and global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Ability to use filtering, custom where clauses, and audit log queries within the Consent Vault
• Understanding of consent version control and consent statement lifecycle management
• Strong attention to detail and documentation practices for audit readiness
• Hands-on experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud (SAP Customer Consent / ECPM) (optional)

Preferred

• SAP ECPM certification or completion of the Getting Started with SAP Enterprise Consent and Preference Management learning path
• Experience integrating SAP CDC with CRM or marketing platforms
