Data & AI Engineer (Fabric + Power BI)

Role Overview:

Join a growing Data & AI team focused on modernizing analytics infrastructure using Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Power BI. This role blends data engineering with BI development to support dashboard creation, data pipeline monitoring, and platform optimization.

Experience: 7-10 Years

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory.

• Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards (currently ~20 active reports).

• Monitor dataflows, dataset refreshes, and troubleshoot data pipeline issues.

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define data models and reporting requirements.

• Assist in AI/ML readiness and integration as roadmap evolves.

• Ensure data governance and compliance alignment (e.g., GxP when needed).

Requirements:

• 3–5 years' experience in data engineering and BI/reporting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Data Services.

• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.

• Understanding of ETL, pipeline orchestration, and data governance.

• Ability to support operational data needs and respond to analytics requests.
