Key Skills –

Mandatory Skills:

• Should have 3 – 7 years of experience in US Recruitment
• Good exposure working on IT requirements and understanding of technologies is a must
• Exposure to VMS or who worked with direct client or W2 requirements
• Hands-on experience in recruitment across various IT Technologies
• Experience in working on channel partners such as TechM / CTS/ Zensar/ CITI / Infosys requirements
• Experience in working with the end clients such as Cisco, Walmart and Apple

Other Mandatory Aspects –

• Early/ immediate joiners are welcome
• Should be comfortable working in EST / PST time zones

Personal Skills –

• Good communication and analytical skills
• Energetic, passionate about recruitment and efficient at work
