Role: Application Support / Production Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) environments.
• Manage customer onboarding activities and ensure smooth setup and integration.
• Collaborate with development teams and provide support during new feature development and releases.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.
• Monitor application health, system performance, and operational alerts.
• Participate in incident management and root cause analysis activities.
• Ensure system availability and operational stability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux commands and system administration concepts.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services and infrastructure.
• Good understanding of Java applications and ability to analyze Java code for troubleshooting purposes.
• Experience in application support, production support, or related operational roles.
• Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
