Test Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Test Creation: Design, write, and execute comprehensive test cases and test scripts.
• Bug Tracking: Identify, log, and track software defects using tools like Jira or Bugzilla.
• Automation: Develop automated testing frameworks and scripts (e.g., using Selenium, Pytest).
• Collaboration: Work alongside product managers and software developers to verify product requirements.
• Compliance: Perform regression and API testing to guarantee updates do not disrupt existing functionality. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

Core Requirements & Skills

• Technical: Proficiency in programming languages (like Python or Java) and SQL for database validation.
• Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum development processes.
