Test Lead

Skillsets-     We are looking for an experienced Non-Functional Testing Lead to drive performance testing, IVT testing, security testing, and overall test governance. The ideal candidate should combine technical depth in NFR testing with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, and be capable of leading a  QA team.Will be responsible for managing/supporting multiple projects including task management for NFR and Security testing. Experienced in E2E test process management of a project with less supervision. Must have good communication skill, stakeholder management, good to have automation skill like Load runner or Phyton scripting. Security testing tools (Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP)

Roles/Responsibilities-

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Customer facing roles in past.
3. Design and execute failover testing scenarios to validate high availability and disaster recovery capabilities of systems and applications.
4. Work closely with architects on system design improvements, Present reports to leadership and business stakeholders
5. Participate in disaster recovery planning and exercises to ensure readiness for unplanned outages and disasters.
6. Document and communicate test results, resource allocation, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
7. Conduct security testing including vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security scanning.
8. Security testing estimation, test design and planning and test execution for projects assigned.
9. Expertise in web application penetration testing and network penetration testing.
10. Experienced in vulnerability Assessments using Automated Scanners and Manual Security Testing
11. End-to-end experience with preferably DynaTrace (or AppDynamics/ NewRelic as secondary) including installation, configuration, usage to identify application bottlenecks (Java/ SQL hotspots etc).
12. Additional experience analysing performance issues in web pages using Browser developer tools etc.
13. Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Non-Functional requirements including performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
14. Experience with application security architecture, Threat modelling, Static Code Reviews
15. Conduct load testing, stress testing, and endurance testing to assess system performance under various conditions, analyse test results and provide recommendations for performance improvements.

Good to have additional Knowledge:

16. Verify and validate infrastructure components including servers, networks, storage, and databases to ensure compliance with architectural requirements.
17. Develop and execute test plans and procedures for infrastructure verification testing.
18. Utilize performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner to simulate user load and measure system response times.
19. Collaborate with development/support teams to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application code.
20. Experience in using manual VAPT tools like Checkmarx/Burpsuite/ZAP Proxy/CSRF Tester, Open source tools etc.

Certifications like:

• ISTQB Performance Testing
• CEH / Security certifications (optional)
