Test Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Test Strategy & Planning: Create test plans, define automation strategies, and estimate the testing effort and resources needed.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior testers, distribute daily tasks, and monitor the team's progress.
• Defect Management: Review test cases, organize defect triage meetings with developers, and track issue resolutions.
• Automation & Execution: Build and maintain automated testing frameworks while assisting in functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Reporting: Report testing outcomes, system quality metrics, and release readiness to upper management
