Must-Haves

• Floor plan development and documentation
• Elevation set creation and presentation
• CAD drawing production (2D and 3D)
• Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) callouts
• Multi-sheet electrical schematics design and annotation
• PCB layout design and optimization

• Minimum of 3 years of recent, hands-on experience in architectural CAD and construction documentation
• Advanced proficiency with industry-standard tools for 2D/3D CAD design and PCB layout software

• Demonstrated experience developing multi-sheet electrical schematics and integrating PCB layouts within building projects

Primary Responsibilities

As an Architect specializing in CAD and construction documentation, you will:

• Create detailed and accurate floor plans and elevation sets based on specific project requirements and architectural standards
• Develop comprehensive CAD drawings for architectural and engineering applications using industry-standard software
• Prepare precise Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) callouts for manufacturing and construction documentation
• Produce and annotate multi-sheet electrical schematics in compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Design, review, and optimize PCB layouts, ensuring manufacturability, functionality, and integration within building systems
• Collaborate with project stakeholders through structured exchanges to clarify requirements and resolve technical questions
• Deliver thorough, well-organized documentation packages that meet project milestones and quality expectations
• Maintain consistency across multi-document sets and ensure all deliverables align with project specifications
