Social Media Marketing (SMM) Executive, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to customer queries across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
• Handle day-to-day social media account management and engagement.
• Create social media posts, posters, flyers, reels, and promotional creatives using Canva.
• Schedule and publish content across social media channels.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and ensure timely responses.
• Maintain content calendars and support basic social media planning.
• Track engagement and prepare basic social media performance reports.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Canva for designing creatives.
• Good written communication skills in English.
• Creative mindset with basic design and content creation skills.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite is an added advantage.
• Freshers and entry-level candidates with internship/project experience are welcome.
