Job Title: D365 Technical Consultant – Sales & Customer Modules

Location: Hyderabad / Vizag - Hybrid 2-3 days WFO

Employment Type: Contract

UK Shift: 2-11 PM IST

Job Details:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant with hands-on expertise in Sales and Customer Service modules over the past 3 years. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, customizing, and implementing technical solutions to support business needs while ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize D365 Sales and Customer Service modules.
• Develop technical solutions including plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and custom integrations.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Support data migration, system upgrades, and environment management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance.
• Document technical designs, solutions, and provide knowledge transfer.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a D365 Technical Consultant working primarily on Sales and Customer Service modules.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Azure services.
• Experience with custom workflows, plugins, and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse/CDS and D365 customization framework.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, FetchXML, and data migration tools.
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications in Sales/Customer Service or Power Platform.
• Experience with DevOps (CI/CD) pipelines and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of other D365 modules or ERP systems.
