Oversee the promotion of property sales through different marketing channels, advertisement media and listing services

Meet with clients and prospects interested in purchase of residential homes and properties

Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property

Persuade clients by presenting our properties in the nice fashion so that they prefer our properties over others

Conducting surveys to identify price of competing properties in the market

Maintain periodic contact with clients in order to discuss future business opportunities  

Develop and implement strategies effectively for achieving set targets 

 Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on market intelligence and expand personal network
