Contractor - AI Job (IN)

The profile requires an AI Developer (2-3 years exp.) atChennai to customize and enhance an existing AI agent framework (~60% already built) designed to monitor Git repositories and autonomously drive performance testing workflows.

The ideal candidate is someone hands-on with AI/ML tools, comfortable writing Python and basic APIs, and eager to grow into performance testing. Prior performance testing experience is preferrable — the right attitude to learn and AI development foundation matter most.

• Customize development AI agents ( currently 60% of Agent and code already written) to monitor Git repos and assess performance risk on every code check-in
• Develop AI/ML-based anomaly detection to flag high-risk code changes
• Auto-trigger performance tests (JMeter…) based on agent decisions or run performance pipe-lines
• Build and maintain MCP servers for agent context and tool orchestration
• Some experience to write/ customize APIs  to integrate with CI/CD, dashboards, and alerting tools
• Write production-grade Python for agent logic, pipelines, and model inference
