1. Application Development & Lifecycle Management

Lead end-to-end application lifecycle including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance

Oversee application and database architecture/design aligned with business needs

Ensure scalability, performance, and security of applications

2. Governance & Strategy

Establish governance for automation and digital initiatives

Evaluate and validate business cases and ROI for new applications

Track and ensure benefit realization from implemented solutions

3. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners

Coordinate for system integrations and third-party solutions

Act as a bridge between business users and DT teams

4. ERP & Application Optimization

Support and enhance existing ERP systems

Drive maximum utilization and continuous improvement of ERP and enterprise applications

5. In-house Application Management

Ensure internally developed applications are aligned with evolving business requirements

Drive enhancements, bug fixes, and modernization initiatives

6. Deployment & DevOps

Oversee application deployment, release management, and CI/CD pipelines [ Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment]

Ensure proper version control and change management practices

7. Integration & Data Management

Enable seamless integration across systems (ERP, QC, COA, RM, SFG, FGS, Commercial app, eBMR, etc.)

Ensure data consistency, integrity, and availability

8. Team Leadership & Delivery

Lead and mentor development and support teams

Ensure timely delivery of projects with quality and compliance

Promote best practices in coding, documentation, and security
