Sales Officer CASA

Responsibilitiesü  Acquisition of Quality CASA (Current Account & Saving Account) Accounts- Qualified & Activated NTB CASA Accounts (In Nos.)

ü  Acquisition of Quality Higher CASA variants-Acquisition of Qualified and Activated Higher CASA variants

ü  Acquisition of CASA Values-CASA AMB acquired in accounts sourced during the month (In Rs)

ü  Revenue Acquisition- Cross sell of Life Insurance products, MF, Gold, Trade/FX, Assets products

ü  Maintaining good relationship with the customers

ü  Complete adherence to Yes Personality guidelines

ü  Compliant towards KYC and all operational risk

ü  Comply with Bank's policies and processes

ü  Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business and appropriate solutions to address the concerns

ü  Ensure safety and security of Bank and customer's assets

ü  Ensure timely submission of MIS reports

Expected CandidateAge: Minimum 21 to Maximum 30 years

ProfileEducation:

ü   Graduation (Post Graduate preferred)

ü   AMFI/NCFM/IRDA/JAIIB/CAIIB & such relevant certifications will be an added advantage

Past Experience: 0 - 5 years work experience in Banking & Financial Services Organizations

Other Aspects / Skills:-

ü  Good written and verbal communication skills

ü  Fully conversant with MS Office

ü  Excellent networking & interpersonal skills

ü  Sensitive to issues of confidentially and compliance

ü  Market knowledge of 'Retail Banking' or 'Consumer Banking' or 'Branch Banking'

ü  Knowledge of regulatory guidelines
