CRM Executive

SALARY - UP TO 20 K

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : ·

**Client Follow-ups:**Regularly follow up with clients whose orders are booked and keep them informed at every stage.

·Order Updates: Communicate changes in order status such as dispatch, delivery, or delays.

·Payment Reminders: Follow up with clients for timely payments and maintain a record of dues and receipts.

·CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client communications, order details, and payment status.

·Client Coordination: Serve as a point of contact between the company and clients to ensure smooth communication and service.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS : ·

Female candidate preferred

· Prior experience in tele calling, CRM, or customer service

· Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

· Good organizational and follow-up skills

· A polite, professional, and persuasive attitude.
