Trainee/ Junior Engineer

Job description:

 Work closely with designers and engineers to turn product ideas into specific plans for manufacturing.

 Develop clear, concise, and easy-to-understand work instructions for the production team.

 Break down complex tasks into smaller, manageable steps that are suitable for unskilled workers.

 Procure high-quality materials and components that meet design requirements and budget constraints.

 Oversee the production process on-site, providing real-time guidance and support to the team.

 Identify and troubleshoot any production issues promptly and implement corrective actions to minimizing waste.

 Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all production activities and quality control measures.

 Conduct quality checks at various stages of the production process and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

 Collaborate with the quality control team to identify and address any quality issues.

 Stay informed about the latest manufacturing technologies and techniques, seeking opportunities to improve production efficiency and quality.

Desire candidate profile:

 Minimum of 1 year experience in product engineering, preferably with exposure to working with production teams.

 Proficiency in CAD software and basic understanding of manufacturing processes.

 Proven ability to develop clear, concise, and easy-to-understand work instructions.

 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

Qualification:

Diploma/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
