Product Manager

Role Summary:

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the strategic product roadmap and collaborating with cross-functional tech teams to execute high-quality digital products. Your expertise will drive the continuous improvement of our product offerings, ensuring they meet the needs of our users and the objectives of our business.

Location: Gurgaon (On-Site)

Experience: 3-5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and refine the product vision and strategic roadmap, aligning with the company's long term goals.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to plan and launch products that deliver measurable results.

• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept through launch, including beta tests and post-launch enhancements and refinements.

• Analyze market trends and competitive conditions, positioning the product to achieve maximum advantage.

• Define product success metrics and analyze product performance to inform future development.

• Act as a product evangelist, promoting the product internally and externally to stakeholders and customers.

• Facilitate agile/scrum meetings and ensure smooth communication between developers,designers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably within ecommerce, web 3.0, or media industries.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a product roadmap.

• Strong understanding of the technical aspects of product development and web technologies.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and user-centered design.

• Understanding of software development and web technologies.

• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
