Sales Trainee

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Trainee to join our team. This is a field-based role where you will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments with potential clients for our senior sales team and managers. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about learning the ropes of sales and the insurance industry from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

lVisit potential clients and businesses in the assigned area to generate leads.

lSet up appointments and meetings with senior sales team members or managers.

lPresent the company's services in a professional manner to prospects.

lMaintain records of daily activities, leads generated, and meetings scheduled.

lCoordinate with the internal team for follow-ups and lead closures.

lGather market feedback and share insights with the team.

Requirements

Requirements:

lStrong communication and interpersonal skills.

lSelf-motivated and comfortable with on-ground fieldwork.

lBasic knowledge or interest in insurance is a plus.

lA graduate or final-year student from any discipline.
