IT Administrator

Zluri is a next-gen Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform that enables IT and security teams to discover identities and applications, streamline access management, and automate access reviews—all from a single, intuitive interface. With Zluri, organisations automate compliance readiness and ensure that the right people have the right access to the right applications at the right time, with minimal time and manual effort. We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Admin to lead our IT operations and oversee the development and scaling of our Identity & Access Management (IAM) strategy through the Zluri platform. This role is critical to ensuring seamless IT service delivery, strong security posture, and robust governance across user lifecycle processes. You will manage end-to-end IT operations, oversee enterprise systems, drive IAM automation using Zluri, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: IT Operations ManagementLead and manage the IT operations team, ensuring timely delivery of IT services across the organization. Oversee end-user support, asset management, device lifecycle, network operations, and IT infrastructure. Define and implement IT policies, SLAs, SOPs, and best practices for operational efficiency. Manage vendor relationships, procurement, renewals, and AMC contracts. Ensure compliance with IT audits, standards, and regulatory requirements. Drive adoption of new IT tools, technologies, and automation Monitor and analyze security logs and reports to identify and mitigate potential security risks and vulnerabilities. Enforce IT security policies and procedures, conducting periodic audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations User Support: Provide technical support to end users by promptly and professionally addressing their IT-related queries, issues, and requests. Set up and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their roles effectively. Data Backup and Recovery: Implement and manage data backup and disaster recovery solutions to protect against data loss and ensure business continuity in the event of system failures or emergencies. Conduct regular backups, testing, and restoration procedures to verify the integrity and reliability of backup systems.

Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science or related discipline. 3-5 years of experience as an IT Administrator/ IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, or Identity Management role, preferably in a SaaS-based environment/ cybersecurity domain. Must have prior experience in start up culture.
