- Experience: 1 to 2 years.
- Offer package: 3.5LPA to 4.5LPA depending on the experience & of the Candidate.
Requirements
- Manage end-to-end HR-Activities using Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho connect, Zoho sheets, Zoho Writer and related tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, HR operations, and employee engagement activities.
- Onboarding process & Documentation using Zoho tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and HR best practices
