Description

What you'll do: Enterprise Systems Administrator will

  • Design, develop, and enhance business solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents).
  • Build conversational experiences using Copilot Studio, including topic design, integrations with Power Platform, and backend workflows.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, working with business users to model data, create meaningful visualizations, and ensure performance and usability.
  • Support administration of the Microsoft Power Platform under guidance, including environment usage, solution deployments, user access, and capacity awareness.
  • Assist in implementing and complying with Power Platform governance policies, including DLP policies, connector usage, and security roles.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, reusable Power Platform solutions.
  • Develop automated workflows and integrations using Power Automate, standard/custom connectors, and REST APIs where required.
  • Participate in Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) practices, including ALM standards, solution packaging, documentation, and adoption best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and support Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Copilot bots, and Power BI assets across environments.
  • Work closely with platform and admin teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise security, compliance, and performance standards.
  • Maintain technical documentation, deployment notes, and operational handover artifacts.

What you'll bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience in application or analytics development with hands-on exposure to Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Practical experience with:
    • Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven)
    • Power Automate
    • Power BI (reports, datasets, basic data modeling)
    • Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents) fundamentals
  • Working knowledge of Power Platform administration concepts, including environments, solutions, DLP policies, and security roles.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform ALM, solution-based deployments, and environment-specific configurations.
  • Awareness of REST APIs, connectors, and integrations across systems.
  • Exposure to PowerShell or scripting for automation is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug applications, flows, reports, and bots.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Engineering, computer science, or equivalent technical degree.
  • Experience with Power Platform CoE Starter Kit
  • Exposure to enterprise governance, security, or compliance-driven environments
  • Knowledge of Power BI service features (workspace management, sharing, refresh)
  • Understanding of data governance and sensitivity concepts (labels, access controls)
  • Interest or exposure to Copilot and AI-assisted experiences in Microsoft ecosystem
  • Fluency in English
