Key Job Description:
| Assist in equipment qualification, validation, and process improvement activities. |
| Participate in machine setup, changeovers, and startup activities. |
| Operate and monitor injectable manufacturing equipment such as vial washing machines, dehydrogenation tunnels, filling machines, capping machines, autoclaves, and lyophilizers. |
| Ensure adherence to aseptic practices and cleanroom behaviour requirements. |
| Execute procedures for manufacturing processes in accordance with batch manufacturing record (BMR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) requirements. |
| Maintain production records and documentation accurately and timely. |
Requirements:
| Qualification | ITI/Diploma |
| Years of Experience | 2 to 4 years |
| Experience in Zydus | 1 to 2 years |
Experience / Exposure:
| Must possess hands-on experience in Sterile Injectable Manufacturing Plants |
